- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in for an orthodontic FREE consultation. They said they don't charge insurance for the consultation. So I thought okay, I'll try them out to see if I like them. The assistant was kind of rude but besides that nothing was wrong I just thought they weren't a good fit. When I'm leaving they give me a price for braces and say my insurance doesn't cover it. Which I know my policy does, I checked before I made the appointment. Then a couple weeks later I get a bill from my insurance for my copay saying they charged insurance! After 1.they said they don't charge insurance for a consultation and 2. They said my insurance wouldn't cover it and wanted to charge me full price!
