  I had my initial appointment with Dr.Toupin earlier this week. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care provided. He spent nearly a full hour sitting with me going over my medical history and my chief complaints. He actually listened! I felt like a valued person and he seemed genuinely interested in finding resolution to my biggest concerns. We discussed how best to address my health issues and the concerns I had with regard to treatment. He is willing to consider a variety of approaches to obtaining medical wellness; not just the standard methods that have failed in the past. He seems to have a good grasp on newer treatments as well as the old tried and true treatments. I left his office feeling optimistic and confident that we will be able to manage my chronic back pain and resolve some of the resulting issues related to my particular back problem. Another thing; Dr. Toupin is what I would refer to as tech savvy. The patient portal on their website is easy to access and navigate and provides an effective way to communicate. You can access your medical information and review a summary of each office visit. You can also send messages to the doctor using the portal. They also will text you to remind you of your appointment if you select that option. Cutting edge technology! I highly recommend Dr. Toupin.
