  If I could give them no stars I would, they unnecessarily suggested that I euthanize my cat. If I had listened to them instead of my instincts he would be dead. They told me he was not making improvement when anyone with eyeballs could see that he was. They don't care about your animal, they only care about going home on time. When I was in the office crying because they were telling me to euthanize my cat, she kept coming in and telling me to hurry up and make my decision because she wanted to go home. So, of course the next day he was fine, but I wanted to take him back in to make sure. They hydrated him and sent him home in a box. As soon as I got home I took him out of the box and instantly realized that the catheter was still in his arm. I called them and asked them what the hell, and they said that I had to bring him back because that was an accident. How careless do you have to be to send my cat home with A catheter in his arm? I noticed it INSTANTLY, like did you even look at him? Seriously, I can't even fathom the carelessness of this place.
