  We've been to Dr. Thiel twice. The first when my daughter was 1 just to check her teeth and today now that she is 2, for a cleaning. I couldn't be more happy with everyone in the office. The front desk is efficient and friendly. The assistant who took care of us through the entire appointment was patient and kind. Being her first thorough appointment they were quick to make everything super inviting at the beginning, such as picking out and bringing a puzzle to the chair with her, having a conversation with her about her day, and letting her pick out her toothpaste and toothbrush to use throughout the cleaning. Whenever she got nervous about something, such as polishing her teeth, they stepped back very relaxed and patiently and waited for my daughter to get comfortable. After visiting with the Tech my daughter was pretty much done, but Dr. Thiel once again took a lot of time making her feel comfortable again so he could complete his exam. I really can't say enough about these guys ... awesome all the way!

  Such a great Dentist and Team! We are always impressed by the tender touch and thorough approach... Cool office, no long wait. Video games, sunglasses, blankets, very comfy and relaxing... Thanks, Dr. Thiel and Team!
