  Dr Keller is great, however their billing to insurance protocol and financial department are not so great and the only reason we will not be returning. They charged the insurance incorrectly and turned our account over to collections even though we had paid the account balance in full prior to them turning over. We never had any financial issues with this office in the past and even after speaking with our insurance company who were willing to pay for the physical as part of our yearly benefit, the financial department stated they could not code it that way per their office protocol (even though we could not see why it would ever be coded differently to begin with). 2 stars for the doctor alone. Seems money was more important that a returning patient.
