  Another similar review as many other 1 star... doctors competence was without question. However, management is beyond abysmal. Was contacted two months after a wellness visit stating that I will receive lab bills, but they should be ignored as the office had made a mistake in the medical coding. As months go by and I continue receiving bills from the lab, they begin bad mouthing the lab and explaining the terrible issues they have with them and it's no fault of Victory Medical. Upon questioning why they would conduct business with a company that they consider incompetent and it only reflects poorly on the office, they responded in an adolescent manner and became very defensive. Highly unprofessional billing office that holds zero accountability for themselves and conducts business by blaming others. Over a year later and still trying to understand their incompetence as well as my bill. Will never return to their business and am writing this review in hopes to deter others from enduring the same frustrations from an incompetent business. Victory Medical does not advocate for their clients and is very transparent in their priority for the profit. So many one-star reviews speaks to the effectiveness of this office.
