- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are used to customers paying their rent. Pre-paid treatments are not welcome. We have a pre-paid treatment plan from another state that is 12 months under good progress. All previous records, treatment plans and x-rays from the previous orthodontist were provided. I still paid an additional $250 for an unnecessary yet mandatory records and x-ray procedure. Dr. Waters still insisted that we alter the existing treatment plan and pay an additional $4,000 for his. After explaining that I only wanted to maintain the existing treatment plan, he brought in the receptionist to continue the conversation. She explained even to continue my previous treatment plan I would still be obligated to pay the $4000. She concluded that I had options to go elsewhere. WHAT?!?! Well duh! I called RJ right up the street and they are willing to continue the existing treatment with the pre-paid balance.August 24, 2017by Beau Noz
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪WORST. ORTHODONTICS. EVER. I absolutely hated coming here. There was a strong scent in the air all the time, and they make your braces so tight it hurts for the first week or so.
