  Took my mom to get surgery for her uterus and ovaries. She came out of surgery early which was a good sign. But she was stuck in the recovery room for 5 hours in total! They kept saying the hospital was booked. Why are we paying for a room just to have my mom stay in a small crowded curtained room. Not only that but the staff barely seemed to care. They said we might take 3-5 more hours until you can get a room for her. That's just ridiculous. Why have a surgery booked if there's no rooms for patients? Then my mother complained of nausea. We called for a nurse and they said we don't know what to do just call someone on the phone and that should get you help. How does the nurse not know what to do? And how are we supposed to know who to call? Luckily we guessed it right by looking around the room. Then the nurse took ages to come help my chocking nauseated mother. I'm utterly disappointed at this staff. I went to several other hospitals for my dad needing to have surgery. They took care of him right away. Even cared for us when we didn't even ask. If you're going to be in the medical field. Please care for the patients and their family/friends. They're worried enough!
