- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is like another castle dental. I had to change dentist because my insurance changed and I can no longer see my family dentist. First off they charge a fee if you cancel with them don't matter if you been going to them for sometime. Then the girl at the desk is rude about it. Let's just say I told them to cancel my appointment. Won't go back to this place. I would give negative stars but this site won't allow it. *****Patricia I have left you 2 messages since you reached out to me about my issue. Not sure if you are going to contact me? Or if your response was to just make yourself look like you care? I really enjoyed going to your office for my cleanings the girl was really sweet and always did a good job, same with the doctor. I can't say the same for your front desk girl, she told me when I was trying to originally reschedule my appointment I would be charged a $2.50 fee now I get a bill with $50 dollar cancellation fee. I asked her since I have been a regular with you guys if you could waive the fee and she became snotty and that's when I told her I would just not go back. I won't go to a place where my value as a member isn't appreciated. *****Patricia Thank you for getting back to me and caring enough to speak to me about the issue I was dealing with. Thank you for explaining your cancellation policy with me. It's a pain to have to find a new dentist and I am also happy to go back to Jenny for my cleanings.
