- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is a joke. I had a hand injury which I went to an urgent care for, when I came in for a follow up I was told I should have called the office to get worked in. Now I have a UTI need to get in...there is no space for me for the next 3 days. Apparently the schedule is to full. This doesn't even make sense. I'm not asking for the world. I don't even need to speak with the doctor. When I asked for them to send an order to the lab I work for, the response, we can't do that we do the test here. Well I can get the test free thru my work...girl on the phone, to bad we do that test here you have to have an office visit. I would recommend finding any other doctor in the Austin are. You will only lose here. Not helpful will not look out for you or help when you are in dyer need, and in extream pain. Also there office staff needs extream training because they have no clue how to help people in serious urgent need of care. The front office staff gets a -10 rating.October 06, 2017by Trisha Hunt
