- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO BE GROOMED HERE. Whatever Ashlea Sumner the groomer did to our poor puppy left him bleeding from his privates, depressed and terrified. He has yet to eat since this occurred and all petsmart did was offer a refund. We had to demand they pay any medical bills because we had to have him checked or they wouldn't even have done that. Both our dogs have been groomed before with no issues and our dog was shaking uncontrollably when we came back in with him to confront them. They traumatized our dog and I will never again shop at petsmart and I encourage you to do the same and find people that actually care for your pets not harm them.March 20, 2017by Joseph Buenrostro
