- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am giving 1-star for review because of the support staff. Dr. Patience Reading was very helpful and courteous as long as I could get an appointment to see her. Therein lies the issue, the front appointment booking clerks are the rudest I've ever dealt with and now the reason I'm no longer coming back to their office. It took me leaving (3) voice messages requesting a call back from someone before I finally got a call back. The lady that called me back was the appointment contact named 'Karen'. She was not sympathetic in the slightest when booking my appointment when I told her I had been trying to do so for over 3/weeks. Today 04/11/16, I called back to request a refill and I happened to get her again (Karen). I respectfully began telling her what I am needing (refill before my upcoming appointment) and she just interrupted and said "who's your doctor" in a stern voice. I said, "Dr. Reading" and before any other words could come out of my mouth I heard hold music and I was being transferred. At that point, I didn't bother waiting for the next mess and just hung up. I'm also not going to bother letting them know I will not show up for my next appointment. I would have to put up with more of them and they obviously think my needs and requests are not important - so I'll just assume the same for theirs. I've had enough of dealing with the disrespectful and uncaring office staff. No doctor is worth dealing with this kind of mess and it is a shame because Dr. Patience Reading is very good. Maybe the support staff can attend a function for customer service training - anywhere would suffice because they're starting at rock bottom.August 31, 2017by Jordan Green
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Reading is a fantastic doctor, the best I think I've ever seen in fact. She actively listened to absolutely everything I was concerned about, explained thoroughly her plan and just overall was a very pleasant person to talk to. I hate going to any doctor's office but Dr Reading made me feel as calm and relaxed as possible.April 02, 2017by Ashton Satchwell
