  Agent Ben Rodriguez provided very valuable help when I tried to sign up for Medicare. He explained the options and answered all my questions very clearly. With his guidance, I found the plan most suitable for my situation. Even after I have signed up for Medicare, when I had questions about bills from doctors, he always answered my emails promptly.

  Ben, the representative who worked/works with me, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the maze of Medicare, Medicare supplements, dental and vision, etc. He was exceptionally patient with me as I exploded time after time at the dearth of real coverage when it comes to medically necessary drugs that also happen to be very expensive (not his fault but he bore the fallout of my reactions). I greatly appreciated, and continue to do so, his patience, his ability to bring clarity to mud, and his commitment to seeing that I received the best coverage possible - in short, he was/is amazing. I trust that all representatives of Med & Life have this same commitment and dedication.

  Picking a supplement & prescription insurance seemed very confusing until I talked to Ben Rodriguez. After a few questions about my health needs, he quickly explained the plans available and the costs. He was very patient and extremely helpful. Also good to know if I have any questions in the future I have someone to call that is as knowledgeable as he is.
