- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Kayser is a great allergist but her staff is absolutely horrible and if you try to get her records sent to another doctor even if it is just for a second opinion, hang it up. I have tried numerous times to get my daughters records sent to our family allergist and they don't return calls. We may just have to get legal advice to get this done. I have taken all the steps necessary to get this done. They have also booked our appointments either for the wrong times or wrong locations and I have gone to the office and been sent home because we didn't have an appointment like we thought per our discussion with staff ove the phone.November 19, 2017by A Google User
