  Surprised at how rude the young lady in the pharmacy was over the phone concerning my prescription. I was also disenchanted by the guy I spoke to when following up about my script... 1. Bad customer service 2. LISTEN!!! To your customer's!!! don't just wait for your turn to speak.

  HEB's seem to be all the same. This is an older store, and the selection is what you'd expect from some of their smaller HEB stores. Don't expect a large "Home and Garden" area at this store. The staff is friendly, but the traffic is horrendous in the early morning and late evening rush hours. I'd advise you to shop early, or go later in the evening when all the work commuters aren't on the roads.

  I have never had a problem with the pharmacy at H-E-B. The wait times are not unreasonable and really a matter of good timing. I prefer it over the drive up at CVS. When my order needs filling they call me. When it's ready they call back. They even over to deliver but i don't need that yet. The prices on products witting the store are quite reasonable and well stocked. I LOVE how well H-E-B responded to hurricane IRIE recently!! They were heroic and generous and a hardworking!!! A blessing to all of Texas!
