- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I feel like everyone needs to know what this practice is like. So I was looking up a doctor near me to take a look at my lower region for a possible fracture of the tailbone/hip/pelvis. I play sports and needed to get looked at. Part of their schtick, according to their sign and summery, is SPORTS injuries. I get there and the office is dingy. Okay, no worries. Sure, there were about 20 copies of the exact same issue of a free magazine stacked on a table carelessly with nothing else readable. Sure, the office staff was uninvolved at best. Sure, there were screaming kids, and the place looked like a daycare (the kids belonged to the office staff and were scattered about). But they took me the day of, so I figured, whats the worst that could happen? I walk into the doctor's room after waiting about 30 extra minutes. There are signs posted all over the waiting room about being patient and slow service, because they are giving all of their patients devoted care/ I've never seen an office so desperate to excuse long waits. I waited an additional 20 minutes without seeing the dr in his disgusting, empty area that looked like it hadn't been clean since the 1980s. He finally came in and basically asked what was wrong with me. He didn't as questions beyond that, and told me, (this is 100% WHAT HE SAID) "Sorry..I am not very good at tailbones, I am going to refer you to someone". He walked out and I didnt see him for another 20 minutes. Then, I walked out. These people are unprofessional and the dr is a quack. This is a con. The doctor was basically running to about 2-4 different rooms chatting with people and is clearly understaffed because he can not handle simple things in a timely manner. The only people i saw entering the office were poor looking elderly people and poor looking immigrants who had no other choice, basically people who are struggling and lack options.
