- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I purchased Farmers home insurance and Farmers subcontracted out to Ephiphany Insurance Agency,, based in Wimberley, TX, which helped us purchase United Property & Casualty (UPC) Ins. Co. based in Sarasota, FL. I paid for the insurance premium and after the next year, my coverage was cancelled due to lack of communication from the company who wanted to inspect my house. I received not one call or letter stating the company's need to inspect our house. I would gladly allow someone to inspect if needed.January 22, 2017by Jeannie Diep
