- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place has failed me on a few occasions. The first was a misdiagnosis that I paid for out of pocket when I was a contractor without coverage for a specialist. More recently I tried to get a prescription filled, they denied it through the Walgreens system. Then today I called to have a prescription filled again. The representative said they would have someone contact me within an hour. I waited an hour and called back. They said they will call by the end of business. That time came and went, I called Walgreens to see if the prescription was called in. That was a negative. Not to mention you can hardly ever get in for an appointment. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst Customer service ever.First time we scheduled an appointment with Dr Bhatt and when reached the clinic the Receptionist says its not with Dr Bhatt and we had to reschedule the appointment .The next time due to traffic we got 10 mins late and then the receptionist says that you are late so you need to reschedule the appointment .We waited there for sometime and asked the receptionist if they could just try and work it out but they said u will need to reschedule,so we walked off.Worst customer service,no curtosy, will never ever go to this clinic again.February 16, 2017by Samreen Sindgi
