  My husband came to this office first for a cleaning and I went with him. The office was very nice and clean. I loved how friendly everyone was and my husband said the cleaning went great. Mary was his hygienist and did a wonderful job. I loved that visit so much I scheduled my own visit with Gina the hygienist today and she did not disappoint! Dr. Shetty has greeted me with a smile each time and really takes the time to talk to you. I left today with super smooth teeth and a beautiful red rose given to me today by the office for Valentine's weekend. Dr. Shetty your office is beautiful and your staff is exceptional! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I'll be back soon :)

  We are refugees from Hurricane Harvey. Mandatory evacuation. All 11 members of my immediate family were affected by the storm. Seven of us are here in Austin. All are safe and sound. Reeling , but getting settled in, and trying to be cheerful for the grandkids, one of my old crowns on one of my front teeth decides to break off. No. Not now. Please not now. It takes all of my strength to keep from breaking down in front of the kids. My daughter sees how distraught I am and tells me to relax and she will find me a dentist. After five refusals , Dental Smiles compassionately understood and agreed to see me...like.... right now. Every single person there treated me as if I was family. They overheard my daughter passing on details of what was going on back home and got an idea of what I was going through. Dr. Divya Shetty told me, "You and your family have been through enough already." Then they proceeded to tell me how they were going to help me and I just started crying tears of joy. At times like this...with all that I had been through... how uplifting it was for these strangers to come to my rescue. I have my smile and my strength back. Thank you Dental Smiles. I will never forget what you did for me.
