  Although I've always loved my doctor here, his staff has always been terrible to me. I've never written a review about anybody nor have I felt the need to, I'm not a patient that calls every day, week, or even month. I maybe call once a year, I don't even get meds here and was actually hung up on today when trying to get an appointment. I was told it was not my choice if I was seen, it's the doctors, which I agree with to a point, but I was calling to have my shunt turned back on after another medical procedure, and I was asked, " why are you coming to us?" Well you put this thing in my head, she then informed me it was the nurses choice if the doctor would see me, and hung up. I guess she doesnt know on the other end of the phone, is a nurse who also deals with patients all day, and would never treat a patient that way, but this patients week unfortunately was spent trying to figure out if she had cancer, the last thing she needed was an undeserved phone altercation for trying to make an appointment. So even though I love my doctor, I will be finding a new office.
