- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Cox is great but unfortunately the back office at South Oaks is so terrible I will not go back. Mis-billings, rudeness, and overall incompetence. They had the nerve to tell me they only bill once a year but said they had sent me 5 invoices for an appointment I never had. Throw it to collections because I will never pay. Sorry Dr. Cox. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Cox has been our GP for several years now - can't say enough good things about him. He really listens - we had been dealing with an issue for years and FINALLY a doctor heard what we were saying and as a result a serious medical condition was uncovered that if untreated can be devastating.
