  I called this practice to simply get an eye exam, and was put on hold for over 10 mins before I gave up. Not sure what the issue is, but seems like they would have developed a better system to ensure their patients were taken care of.

  I have been seeing Dr. Brent for many, many years. Almost everything about the office is great. Charlotte is sweet and knowledgeable, Dr. Brent is awesome. The one person they really need to get rid of is the older lady that sits at the front desk on the left. She's the one you see after your appointment is finished to settle up, she is kinda behind a wall that separates her from the other front desk ladies. She is the rudest, nastiest woman I think I have ever met. I listen to her demeanor to people on the phone while I wait to be seen. She is utterly snotty to everyone she talks to, she always seems disgusted to be there, she rolls her eyes often, she slams phones down and file cabinet drawers shut. I'm shocked she is still employed, she must be a family member of someone. That being said - I would've have checked out a long time ago if the optical department wasn't as awesome as they are!! Andy and the other gentleman (sorry I don't know your name) are the most polite, patient, knowledgeable men I have ever encountered in ANY medical office. They are always professional, well dressed, helpful....they greet you as soon as you walk in with a smile. They help out answering phones and checking people out. I am in awe at these men. This is what customer service is about! Fine example gentlemen!! Older lady - you really need to retire. You and just you are the reason I gave this review 2 stars.
