  1) they don't seem to be in the central austin office often and kept trying to reschedule me to the south austin location. 2) they finally made an appt for the central location and when I showed up the office was closed. I poked my head into the next door office and asked if they had been there that day and they had not. They told me they had seen several people show up for appts that week and found the office locked. 3) I finally got into the central austin office and it was a perfunctory examination. 4) the doctor I saw, Hans Bengtson, didn't listen to a single word I said. I have a 45 year chronic condition that flairs up into an acute phase 2 or 3 times a year. I told him I had tried muscle relaxers and PT and they didn't do anything to prevent or ameliorate the excruciating acute flair-ups he told me to take these muscle relaxers and see a pt and come back in a month. 5) Then his office tried to reschedule my appointment to the south austin office and finally scheduled it in central austin. See item 2. The follow-up was a repeat of that one. 6) When I called they told me I had cancelled the appt. Since I forgot about it, they didn't send or call a reminder, and I only saw the calendar item just in time to get there for it, I find that unlikely.
