If you waltz in there with no clue, Mary isn't going to coddle you and figure everything out for you. "You need this this and that. Come back when you have it. NEXT". I've seen this happen and people get all offended and upset over how "rude" she is. No, she just doesn't have time to listen to your useless complaining because you didn't bother to research what you need first. It's awesome.
