  Great experience and a game changer for me. The doctor and staff were prompt, yes you heard it right, ON TIME, knowledgeable, and super welcoming. Jay did my blood draw and it was literally the most painless experience I've ever had - the guy has a gift. Really cool facility and because they only work with men it just felt more comfortable for me. I highly recommend this place.

  This visit was everything I had hoped for! The staff was friendly, on time, and the location was spotless. The NP was prepared with documents for me to take home to review, asked questions and listened to the my responses, and really seemed to care about me as a person and my health. I will be driving out of my way to visit this location again. Additionally, the regional director is amazing. Unfortunately, I had a subpar visit at the Cedar Park location. She saw my Google review and called me from her cell on the weekend. She was patient, compassionate, and I could tell that she really wanted to make sure that I had the best possible experience. I don’t expect to have a perfect experience every time I visit a business, but I get the impression that this is the standard she holds of her offices. Most importantly, when things aren’t right she will be proactive to make them so. She is the reason I gave the South Park location a try and I’m so glad that I did. Thank you!
