  This office has a mixed review of those who are greatly pleased and those who are very unhappy. There is a very high turnover in staff noting a problem with the leadership of the practice. Doctor Malone I believe is a top notch doctor trying to accomplish good things for everyone. I was with him for a year, stable and happy until I was transferred to Doctor Murchad. I found Murchard to be arrogant, short tempered, hard to talk with and abusive in demeanor ... it is my impression that he has become jaded by previous patients who used him for narcotics abuse and therefore he will treat you like a criminal. Expect a urine test each visit and great mistrust from Murchard. He was at the wrong location for three of my appointments, making me drive across town three times after his no-show, he prescribed a medication that I told him I was allergic to and has never apologized for any mistakes on his part. Arrogance and ignorance is a terrible combination, and it is hurting this practice. He will drop you without warning and no medication support, hold up your medical records until all bills are paid (even if the insurance has been stop on all the time) and have no problem delaying your transfer to another doctor regardless of your pain crisis or condition. If you are to go to Advanced Pain Care ... ensure you only work with Dr. Malone or the NP. Treat everyone else well and they will treat you well ... Regards, Colonel Reasor

  Customer services is great. Nurse practitioner Sherri is awesome and really cares about what you say. They call back pretty quickly when you have problems. Everyone in the office is friendly. Nurses listen and are helpful. China and Sherri are awesome!
